Start time for the competition this year is 6:00 PM
All bands are given a maximum of 15 minutes from start time until
the time all equipment is completely off the field.
Your band has been assigned the necessary field passes for the
event.
Once you arrive at Bank One Ballpark,
all coaches will go to the NORTHEAST AREA OF THE STADIUM FOR PARKING. Upon entering this
area, a "Yellow Jacket"-Fiesta Bowl Official- will meet your band and direct you
to your designated unloading area.
NOTE FOR PIT EQUIPMENT TRUCKS: these vehicles will park in the
Loading Dock of the Stadium with easy access to the field. THE FIESTA BOWL WILL SEND
YOU A DETAILED MAP OF THIS AREA.
Timing for warm up and staging, performance, etc., will be supplied
to you on a detailed schedule from the Fiesta Bowl.
Once your performance is over, the FIESTA BOWL OFFICIALS will lead
you to the photography area for pictures. Once this is done, you will be able to return to
your buses to repack instruments.
At this time your Director will advise the entire group about going
back into the stadium to watch the rest of the performances.
All RETREAT information will be sent to you and discussed at the
Band Director's Breakfast.
