bullet.gif (181 bytes) All bands are given a maximum of 15 minutes from start time until the time all equipment is completely off the field.

Once you arrive at Bank One Ballpark, all coaches will go to the NORTHEAST AREA OF THE STADIUM FOR PARKING. Upon entering this area, a "Yellow Jacket"-Fiesta Bowl Official- will meet your band and direct you to your designated unloading area.

NOTE FOR PIT EQUIPMENT TRUCKS: these vehicles will park in the Loading Dock of the Stadium with easy access to the field. THE FIESTA BOWL WILL SEND YOU A DETAILED MAP OF THIS AREA.

bullet.gif (181 bytes) Timing for warm up and staging, performance, etc., will be supplied to you on a detailed schedule from the Fiesta Bowl.
bullet.gif (181 bytes) Once your performance is over, the FIESTA BOWL OFFICIALS will lead you to the photography area for pictures. Once this is done, you will be able to return to your buses to repack instruments.
bullet.gif (181 bytes) At this time your Director will advise the entire group about going back into the stadium to watch the rest of the performances.
bullet.gif (181 bytes) All RETREAT information will be sent to you and discussed at the Band Director's Breakfast.
